Questcorp Mining Inc. (CSE: QQQ, OTCQB: QQCMF) has completed the issuance of 6,285,722 common shares, representing 9.9% of its outstanding shares, and made a payment of $25,000 CAD to Riverside Resources Inc. This transaction is part of an option agreement for the La Union Project in Sonora, Mexico.

The La Union Project is a significant carbonate replacement deposit, covering 2,520.2 hectares. Initial sample analyses from this site have reported high-grade mineralization, including 59.4 grams per metric tonne (g/t) of gold, 833 g/t of silver, 11% zinc, 5.5% lead, and 2.2% copper. These findings suggest substantial potential for gold discoveries and possible porphyry copper mineralization.

Questcorp has noted that these initial samples are selective and may not be fully indicative of the overall mineralization potential on the property. As the next step in developing the project, Riverside, the designated operator, is gearing up to conduct orientation and detailed geophysical surveys to refine and optimize drill targets.
