- Intrepid Metals (IMTCF, Financial) reports exceptional copper, gold, and silver grades from its first drill hole of 2025 at the Corral Copper Property in Arizona.
- Key intercept includes 142.30 meters of 0.51% Copper and 0.17 gpt Gold, with a high-grade section of 27.50% Copper, 10.15 gpt Gold, and 192 gpt Silver over 0.55m.
- The Ringo Zone is part of a 3.5km long mineralized area, crucial for the project's exploration potential.
Intrepid Metals Corp. (IMTCF) has unveiled significant assay results from its first diamond drill hole of the 2025 exploration program at the Corral Copper Property, located in Cochise County, Arizona. Hole CC25_026 yielded impressive mineralization, intercepting 142.30 meters with 0.51% Copper, 0.17 gpt Gold, and 4.01 gpt Silver. Among these findings, a standout section revealed 27.50% Copper, 10.15 gpt Gold, and 192 gpt Silver over a span of 0.55 meters.
The drill program currently targets the Ringo, Holliday, and Earp Zones at Corral Copper. To date, four holes have been completed at the Ringo Zone, with assay results available from the first hole only. The ongoing exploration seeks to expand understanding and confidence in mineralization across the property, with emphasis on the Abrigo Limestone and Bolsa Quartzite formations which host the most intense mineralization.
The Ringo Zone is strategically located as part of a 3.5km long string of copper-gold-silver-zinc bearing carbonate replacement bodies, measuring approximately 900 meters by 800 meters. These findings reinforce the project's potential and position within the Southwest's prominent mineralogical landscape.
Intrepid Metals continues to leverage modern exploration techniques alongside historical data to optimize the development of its advanced exploration projects. Upcoming drilling will shift focus to the Holliday and Earp Zones, reinforcing Intrepid's commitment to delivering value and advancing one of the region's most compelling emerging copper projects.
