Similarly, Yield RMG, based in Hollister, California, near a hub for organic crop production, has signed an LOI for 100,000 gallons at the same pricing terms. Yield RMG is dedicated to advancing organic farming, renewable energy, and waste management solutions.
These LOIs pertain to Bion's OMRI Listed 10-0-0 liquid nitrogen fertilizer. While currently non-binding, they indicate strong potential demand, contingent on Bion's future development and project initiation. Once underway, detailed delivery timelines and production capacities will be settled, paving the way for formal contracts to reserve production volumes. This positive reception reflects growing confidence in Bion's innovative approach within the biogas sector.
