ZTEK Partners with RSK Environment for Global Expansion of ZenGUARD Filters | ZTEK Stock News

Zentek (ZTEK, Financial) has formed a strategic partnership with RSK Environment through an agency agreement. This collaboration appoints RSK as the authorized promoter of Zentek's ZenGUARD Enhanced Air Filters across over 20 countries. RSK will play a pivotal role in boosting Zentek's international presence by uncovering and nurturing sales prospects in significant markets, particularly in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. While Zentek remains in charge of production and delivery, RSK will earn a set commission from sales within the specified regions. The partnership is set for a three-year duration with provisions for possible extensions.
