Meta (META) Launches iPad-Optimized WhatsApp App, Enhancing User Experience

Meta Platforms (META, Financial) has launched an optimized version of WhatsApp for iPad, following similar releases for Facebook and Facebook Messenger. The new version provides a more user-friendly experience on Apple's (AAPL) tablet devices. The app now supports a dual-column layout and includes iPadOS multitasking features like Split View. It maintains the capability to handle video calls with up to 32 participants, similar to its previous versions.
