Paycom Software, Inc. (PAYC), a leading provider of human capital management software, has upgraded its 'Ask Here' feature using artificial intelligence to streamline the process of answering employee inquiries. The enhancement aims to reduce response times and administrative burdens, providing a centralized hub that quickly scans company policies and documentation to deliver automated responses to common employee questions.

The AI-powered 'Ask Here' tool allows businesses to benefit from faster response times and standardized company replies, easing the process of managing large volumes of employee inquiries. Additionally, the tool provides easy access through Employee Self-Service®, minimizing employee frustration by helping them find the correct person or resource quickly.

The enhancement is also designed to supply businesses with valuable insights into employee inquiry trends, highlighting important topics and improving HR efficiency. According to a Paycom survey of 2,200 U.S.-based full-time employees, the most urgent inquiries typically relate to paycheck issues (56%), benefits (54%), and time-off requests (32%).
