The acquisition involves approximately $4.38 billion in cash and $20 million in restricted stock, with a potential earnout of up to $600 million based on performance through 2028.
Silvus Technologies, based in Los Angeles, California, specializes in software-defined high-speed MANET technology that facilitates secure communication across autonomous systems, military, and law enforcement verticals.
