TELUS Digital (TIXT), a prominent global technology company focused on digital customer experiences, has announced the acquisition of Gerent, a Salesforce-focused consultancy based in the United States. This acquisition will enable TELUS Digital to expand its capabilities in delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementation and integration projects, as well as agentic AI solutions.
With this strategic move, TELUS Digital aims to fuse top talent with advanced technologies to further enhance the customer experience (CX) by integrating AI-enabled agents. Gerent, known as a Salesforce Summit Partner, brings a wealth of expertise with 1,800 certifications across the Salesforce suite and a robust track record of more than 1,000 projects worldwide, backed by a commendable customer satisfaction score of 4.9 out of 5.
Tobias Dengel, President of TELUS Digital Solutions, emphasized that Gerent’s capabilities will add significant value to TELUS Digital's professional services portfolio by transforming the CX agent experience and implementing agentic AI.
