Cloudastructure, Inc. (CSAI) has announced the strategic expansion of its security services into the affordable housing market. The company has partnered with a respected Colorado-based nonprofit housing authority to deploy its advanced AI-powered Remote Guarding solutions across four mixed-income communities.

The security solution, renowned for its 98% threat deterrence rate, will target common community issues such as loitering, illegal dumping, and curfew violations. This partnership is designed to offer a comprehensive security system that ensures real-time threat detection and intervention across both affordable and market-rate housing sectors.

Recognizing the financial constraints often faced by affordable housing providers, Cloudastructure has introduced special pricing models and a new financing program. This initiative, already adopted by two of the four properties involved, minimizes upfront costs, making robust security more accessible for underserved communities.
