Apple (AAPL, Financial) has unveiled a new self-service repair program for its iPad lineup. The initiative allows users to access genuine parts, professional repair tools, and out-of-warranty repair manuals. It covers a range of models, including the iPad Air (M2 and later), iPad Pro (M4), iPad mini (A17 Pro), and iPad (A16). Users will be able to repair components such as displays, batteries, cameras, and charging ports.
The self-service program currently includes 65 Apple products, such as the iPhone 16e, MacBook Air, and Mac Studio. This service is set to expand to Canada this summer, making it the 34th country to offer the program.
