Virtus Artificial Intelligence & Technology Opportunities Fund (AIO) has disclosed the sources for its upcoming monthly distribution of $0.15 per share. The ex-dividend date for this distribution is May 12, 2025, and it will be payable on May 29, 2025. This move is part of the Fund's Managed Distribution Plan, which seeks to maintain a stable distribution level for investors.

The distribution for April 2025 is estimated to consist of 6.5% from net investment income and 93.5% from net realized long-term capital gains. There is no return of capital reported for this period. For the fiscal year-to-date, distributions comprise 7.3% from net investment income, 7.0% from net realized short-term capital gains, and 85.7% from net realized long-term capital gains.
