  • Metals Creek Resources (MEK) extends copper mineralization north with promising drill results at the Tillex Copper Project.
  • Key findings include a significant copper intercept of 46.40m at 1.66% Cu and 3.67g/t Ag in hole TX25-031.
  • New lead-zinc mineralization discovered, indicating further resource potential.

Metals Creek Resources Corp. (MEK) has announced significant outcomes from their recent diamond drilling program at the Tillex Copper Project in Currie Township, Ontario. The program consisted of seven drill holes totaling 909.5 meters and successfully extended copper mineralization northward.

One of the notable findings was from hole TX25-031, which intercepted 46.40 meters at 1.66% copper and 3.67 grams per tonne (g/t) silver, including a high-grade segment of 19.20 meters at 3.40% copper and 5.64 g/t silver. Additionally, new lead-zinc mineralization was discovered in holes TX25-029 and TX25-031.

Hole TX25-029 revealed an intercept of 9.09 meters at 0.55% copper and 1.97 g/t silver, while hole TX25-031 included another intercept in its lower zone measuring 15.80 meters at 1.03% copper and 3.41 g/t silver. These findings highlight previously unsampled areas that exhibit high-grade copper and silver values, with management expressing optimism about the discovery of new mineralized zones.

The Tillex Copper Project is located 65 km east of Timmins, Ontario, and approximately 45 km from the Kidd Creek Met site, making it strategically positioned for further developmental prospects.
