Waste Energy (WAST, Financial) is gearing up for a significant phase in its business journey, targeting revenue generation by the latter half of 2025. The company has successfully procured all necessary components to construct its inaugural full-scale waste-to-energy (WTE) system. With the equipment now ready, Waste Energy is set to proceed with installation, aiming to kick-start operations once the regulatory permits are in place.

The company has scheduled an investor update call on June 12th, following the market's closure, to discuss these developments. Over the coming month, Waste Energy intends to file for air quality, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and business permits in four different U.S. states. These filings are crucial to the company's plan to establish a nationwide network of WTE conversion sites, signaling a new phase in its operational and geographic expansion.

Additionally, Waste Energy has successfully closed its initial consulting agreement related to WTE in the first quarter of 2025, marking an important milestone in their strategic growth path.
