ManpowerGroup (MAN), a leader in global workforce solutions, has unveiled the five startup finalists for its "AI, Tech, & #huManpower: Redefining the Future of Work" challenge. This initiative, aimed at leveraging AI solutions for enhancing workforce management, received 137 applications worldwide. The chosen startups will showcase their innovative solutions at the Viva Technology 2025 event, scheduled from June 11-14 in Paris.

The finalists include Coachello, Hippolyte.AI, Hunel.io, Popp, and Workait, each proposing novel AI applications targeting key areas such as job matchmaking, career journey personalization, and redeployment efficiencies. Coachello specializes in AI-driven career mapping, while Hippolyte.AI focuses on recruitment through its proprietary AI platform. Hunel.io offers a candidate re-routing system, Popp functions as an AI recruitment assistant, and Workait introduces an AI workers marketplace.

The challenge aims to enhance the human work experience through AI, with each finalist addressing the core areas of AI-powered job matching, tech-driven job journey personalization, and AI-facilitated redeployment. The winning startup will gain the opportunity to implement their solution in a ManpowerGroup market through a proof of concept collaboration.
