BP Appoints David Hager as Non-Executive Director

BP (BP, Financial) has announced the appointment of David Hager, a seasoned expert in the U.S. oil and gas industry, as a non-executive director. This appointment became effective on June 2. Hager brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at Devon Energy, where he held several key positions, including CEO from 2015 to 2021, and executive chairman from 2021 to 2023.
