Mundoro Capital Inc. (MUNMF) has released its financial results for the first quarter of 2025, demonstrating a robust financial foundation with cash reserves amounting to $5.2 million and no outstanding long-term debt. The working capital for the company stands at $1.9 million, indicating healthy liquidity.

During Q1-2025, the company's fee income declined to $740,392 from $790,957 in Q1-2024, primarily due to reduced management fees from fewer partner-funded initiatives. Exploration expenditures also decreased to $1.76 million from $2.64 million in the previous year, resulting in net exploration costs of $307,875. Mundoro recorded a net income of $451, showing a significant decline from $436,265 in Q1-2024.

Exploration efforts progressed significantly, with the completion of passive seismic and ground AMT surveys at the BHP-Mundoro Projects in Serbia. The final 3D inversion model is anticipated in Q2-2025, offering enhanced subsurface data for targeted exploration. Additional exploration activities in Arizona, USA, included geological and geochemical assessments at the Dos Cabezas, Copperopolis, and Picacho projects, further defining copper prospects.

In Bulgaria, the JOGMEC-Mundoro project faced delays in a planned 1,800-meter drill program due to pending legal issues regarding permitting processes. Despite initial court resolutions, an appeal has extended the timeline, postponing the drilling schedule.

Mundoro is actively evaluating new exploration opportunities in Serbia, the USA, and other global copper belts, as part of its strategic plan to expand and capitalize on its mineral property portfolio.
