Amazon (AMZN) Expands Global Data Centers and Enhances AI Chip Access

Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon (AMZN, Financial), is actively expanding its global server infrastructure. CEO Matt Garman emphasized the company's efforts to improve access to NVIDIA's (NVDA) latest AI chips.

This year, AWS launched a new data center in Mexico, and is currently developing additional facilities in countries like Chile, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwan. These expansions are part of AWS's broader strategy to enhance its cloud computing services and strengthen its global presence.

Amazon's investments in AI technology and infrastructure reflect the growing demand for cloud-based solutions and advanced computing capabilities worldwide.
