Banyan Gold Corp (BYN) has announced the submission of an amended technical report for its AurMac Property in the Mayo Mining District, dated May 23, 2025. This comes after a thorough review by the British Columbia Securities Commission. The amended report features additional disclosures related to the Nitra Property, data verification enhancements, and technical clarifications as per NI 43-101 standards. Importantly, the size and scope of the AurMac resource estimate remain unchanged.

Regarding the Hyland Project, Banyan has acknowledged that its current mineral resource estimate is outdated and lacks necessary support from a compliant NI 43-101 technical report. Consequently, investors are advised not to rely on the existing resource estimates until a new technical report is prepared and filed. The company has committed to updating the Hyland Technical Report in the future, although no specific timeline has been provided.
