OR Royalties Inc. (OR, Financial) has announced strategic developments across its portfolio, including the acquisition of a 100% silver stream from Orla Mining's South Railroad project in Nevada, for $13 million. This agreement allows OR to purchase silver at just 15% of the market rate through the mine's life, with production potentially commencing in 2027.

The Spring Valley project, operated by Solidus Resources, is advancing toward production with United States Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) environmental approvals expected by August 2025. The project is projected to yield over 300,000 ounces of gold annually over a 10-year life span, supported by potential $835 million EXIM financing.

The Cariboo gold project in British Columbia has completed an Optimized Feasibility Study indicating annual production of 190,000 ounces of gold, with an impressive 92.6% recovery rate. Production may begin by 2027, provided construction starts by late 2025.

OR Royalties also restructured its streaming agreement related to the Amulsar mine, with deliveries anticipated after the repayment of a $150 million construction loan, expected to take about four years. The company will eventually receive 3.34% of gold and 49.22% of silver produced until specific thresholds are met, after which the percentages will decrease.

Significant progress has been made at the Upper Beaver project, backed by Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd with a $200 million investment. Expected output could reach 210,000 ounces of gold annually by 2031.

The Ermitaño project has revealed a promising Navidad vein with high-grade gold and silver results. Additionally, the Wharekirauponga project in New Zealand is on track with fast-track approval applications, aiming for development commencement by 2026.

These updates highlight OR Royalties' potential for long-term growth beyond its current five-year outlook, with several assets poised to contribute significantly in the near future.
