  • ZEB Nickel Corp (ZBNIF, Financial) identifies four high-density targets at Zeb Nickel Project, potentially containing nickel-copper-PGE sulphides.
  • Dense zones from 100m to over 800m below surface expand exploration possibilities well beyond historical drilling depths.
  • Plans for deep diamond drilling and potential electromagnetic surveys at priority targets to validate findings.

ZEB Nickel Corp (ZBNIF) has announced significant advancements from a recent 3-D geophysical modeling study at its Zeb Nickel Project located in Limpopo Province, South Africa. The study, conducted by Geofocus (Pty) Ltd, identified four discrete high-density targets that indicate possible massive nickel-copper-PGE sulphide mineralization.

The analysis revealed large, coincident gravity-magnetic anomalies beneath the Uitloop chonolith, with dense zones ranging from approximately 100 meters to over 800 meters below the surface. This depth is significantly greater than previous exploration efforts, suggesting untapped potential within the exploration area. Two of the high-priority targets, designated as Targets 1 and 2, are interpreted to be feeder conduits capable of hosting massive sulphide deposits. Target 4 is noted as the densest feature identified to date.

In line with the findings, ZEB Nickel Corp plans to integrate the 3-D geophysical data into existing models and potentially conduct electromagnetic surveys to further delineate and prioritize these targets. Additionally, the company plans to initiate deep diamond drilling at Targets 1, 2, and 4, with planned drilling depths between 600 and 1,000 meters. These steps are part of a strategic path towards massive sulphide discovery and resource definition.

Potential risks associated with the findings include the chance of false anomalies caused by magnetite formations in altered zones, which could necessitate further verification through electromagnetic surveys, and the substantial costs associated with deep drilling operations.

ZEB Nickel Corp continues to focus on the development of its flagship Zeb Nickel Project, aimed at exploring and developing a Class 1 nickel sulfide deposit with significant implications for the rechargeable battery metal market.
