AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE: AIML) has announced that its subsidiary, Neural Cloud Solutions, has signed a Letter of Intent with Circular Health Limited to integrate and license its MaxYield™ ECG signal-processing platform. This collaboration aims to enhance the ECG signal clarity of Circular Health's smart ring device through a cloud-based API integration, targeting a commercial launch by September 2025.
The agreement between the parties includes a per-user SaaS licensing model that aligns costs with growth, enabling Circular Health to expand into new geographies and device form factors. MaxYield™ is designed to provide a higher data yield, scalable workflows, and expansion into medical markets as it progresses through FDA 510(k) clearance. This technological integration allows Circular Health to capture more usable data, improve measurement precision, and shift resources from signal cleaning to advanced analytics and patient engagement.
Peter Kendall, President & Chief Commercialization Officer at AIML, stated that this LOI validates the commercial scalability of MaxYield, emphasizing their ability to partner with innovative digital health companies globally. Esmat Naikyar, Chief Product Officer at AIML and President of Neural Cloud Solutions, highlighted that by automating the most time-consuming part of ECG workflows, MaxYield enables Circular Health to redeploy resources to deeper analytics and product differentiation.
Laurent Bsalis, Director of Circular Health Limited, expressed excitement about the collaboration to bring enhanced ECG signal clarity and comprehensive beat detection to their next-generation ring, aiming to redefine wearable technology in proactive and personalized health tracking.
