  • Forge Resources Corp. (FRGGF, Financial) launches 2025 drill program at the Alotta Project, Yukon.
  • The program targets 4,000 meters of diamond drilling across 12 holes, focusing on the Payoff Zone.
  • Previous drilling intercepted significant gold, copper, and molybdenum mineralization.

Forge Resources Corp. (FRGGF) has commenced its extensive 2025 drill program at the Alotta Project, located in Yukon. The mobilization efforts began with the establishment of camps and construction of drill pads on May 26, 2025. The company transported the drill to the project site on June 2, and drilling operations are expected to start by the end of the week.

This year's drilling initiative encompasses up to 4,000 meters of diamond drilling distributed over 12 proposed drill holes, each with an anticipated depth between 300 and 350 meters. The program focuses on step-out drilling in the Payoff Zone and untested coincident geophysical and geochemical anomalies, estimated across a 4 km by 1 km area.

Previously, Forge Resources highlighted significant findings with drill Hole ALT-23-001, which intercepted 211.65 meters of 0.46 grams per tonne of gold. All six prior drill holes conducted by the company have revealed substantial gold, copper, and molybdenum mineralization associated with quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration.

The Alotta property spans 4,723 hectares over 230 mineral claims, situated 50 km northwest of the Casino deposit, one of the world's largest undeveloped copper-gold porphyry deposits. Forge Resources aims to evaluate potential porphyry-style mineralization and intends to conduct further reconnaissance drilling in the Payoff target areas that have exhibited highly anomalous mineral concentrations.

Lorne Warner, P.Geo, and President of Forge Resources, expressed optimism for the upcoming drilling. He stated, "Based on last year's successful results and the quality of targets, we anticipate further success. I plan to be in the camp for most of the drilling to help guide the program and observe the cores alongside our partnered operators, Archer Cathro."
