Amazon is reportedly advancing its software development for humanoid robots, aiming to eventually replace delivery personnel. The company is nearing the completion of a "humanoid robot campus," an indoor obstacle training area at its San Francisco office. This facility will soon test these robots.
The initiative includes developing artificial intelligence software to power these robots, although Amazon plans to use hardware from other companies for initial testing. Recently, Amazon highlighted how its warehouse operations, delivery services, and large-scale facilities could benefit from AI, ensuring faster delivery of packages to customers' doorsteps.
