The Good Flour Corp. (GFCOF) is set to undergo a significant transformation as it changes its name to Intellistake Technologies Corp. The company will pivot from its current identity as a food manufacturer to a tech-focused enterprise emphasizing decentralized artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain operations.

As part of its strategic shift, the company announced plans to raise up to CAD$2 million through a private placement at CAD$0.15 per share. This financing will underpin the company's three-pronged revenue generation strategy: developing custom AI software for industrial clients, managing blockchain validators for AI networks, and investing in AI-related digital currencies.

Leading the transformation is newly appointed CEO Jason Dussault, who brings over 32 years of experience in public markets and digital currency investments. The company intends to divest its existing food manufacturing business, which has been unable to support public company costs and remains unprofitable.

The move aligns with emerging market trends, as decentralized AI and digital currency sectors are projected to expand from $3 billion in 2022 to $50 billion by 2028, reflecting a compound annual growth rate of 59%. This positions Intellistake Technologies Corp. to capitalize on the growing demand for secure, privacy-focused AI and blockchain solutions. The company will retain its stock ticker as 'STKE' post-transformation.
