  • Metals Creek Resources Corp. (MCREF, Financial) reports significant drill results from Tillex Copper Project.
  • Key intersection: 1.52% copper and 8.48 g/t silver over 28.8 meters.
  • Project strategically located near Timmins, Ontario, and Kidd Creek Met site.

Metals Creek Resources Corp. (MCREF) has announced promising drilling outcomes from its Tillex Copper Project, situated in Currie Township, Ontario. The standout result from drill hole TX25-032 revealed an average grade of 1.52% copper and 8.48 grams per tonne (g/t) silver spanning 28.8 meters. A notable higher-grade section within this interval returned 2.61% copper and 14.92 g/t silver over 13.27 meters.

The drilling program, executed in March 2025, comprised seven diamond drill holes totaling 909.5 meters. The initiative was primarily aimed at extending copper mineralization to the north and examining areas with limited prior drilling. The mineral deposits were primarily identified in feldspar porphyry and graphitic argillite, featuring various formations of chalcopyrite.

Strategically located 65 kilometers east of Timmins and approximately 45 kilometers from the Kidd Creek Met site, the project enhances Metals Creek's exploration portfolio. These findings highlight a consistent presence of mineralization, particularly at the contacts between feldspar porphyry and the altered graphitic argillites.

Metals Creek will release additional assay results once they are received and compiled, continuing to build on its exploration success. The Tillex Copper Project underscores MCREF's commitment to identifying and developing high-potential mineral resources in Canada.
