- Taranis Resources (TNREF, Financial) has secured a 5-year exploration permit, enabling more efficient drilling at its Thor project.
- The company is progressing with its 10,000-tonne Bulk Sample project, focusing on the recovery of precious and critical minerals.
- Significant potential at Thor with evidence of an intrusive body, leading to advanced geological studies.
Taranis Resources Inc. (TNREF) has been granted a new 5-year Notice of Work permit, allowing the company to drill from the main access road at its Thor project. This strategic move will facilitate better access to the I-1 and Z-900/1300 geophysical targets compared to previous efforts from Broadview Mountain.
The company is advancing its 10,000-tonne Bulk Sample project, with Novus Engineering nearing completion of the Operating and Capital Expenditure assessments. This project is crucial for evaluating metallurgical recoveries of precious metals such as silver and gold, alongside critical minerals including copper, indium, zinc, and antimony from the Thor deposit.
Recent exploration activities have unveiled a large propylitic alteration shell and an underlying intrusive body, suggesting significant exploration potential. To further understand the geology at Thor, Taranis is set to conduct systematic X-Ray Fluorescence studies on existing drill cores. These efforts aim to establish a clearer connection between the epithermal deposit and the underlying targets.
Taranis's exploration activities are led by John Gardiner, a Qualified Person under Canadian National Instrument 43-101. The company currently has 100,348,854 shares issued and outstanding, with a fully-diluted total of 113,827,227 shares.
