Maximus (MMS), a prominent provider of government services, has announced the release of its advanced Total Experience Management (TXM) solution, now integrated with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This enhancement broadens the capabilities of TXM, a customer experience (CX) solution first launched in 2024, by incorporating cutting-edge services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Textract. These integrations aim to empower federal agencies with AI-assisted customer interactions, intelligent document processing, and comprehensive data analysis.
The upgraded TXM solution demonstrates Maximus's commitment to revolutionizing government engagement, as it helps agencies deliver services more efficiently and effectively. Derrick Pledger, Chief Digital & Information Officer at Maximus, emphasized the transformative potential of the AWS integration in optimizing federal CX and service delivery. The collaboration has already yielded significant results, such as accelerating services for the Department of Veterans Affairs and transforming operations for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
The TXM solution, designed with a modular, flexible, and scalable cloud-based architecture, supports agency leaders in delivering tailored services.
