Amazon (AMZN, Financial) has unveiled its new Key Access Control System, aimed at providing secure, convenient, and affordable building access solutions for multi-family properties and gated communities. This innovative system enables residents, staff, and visitors to access properties effortlessly via smartphone controls, enhancing security and convenience.
The Amazon Key Access Control System, which integrates with the Ring app, offers four different customizable solutions. These include the Virtual Key, Intercom Boost, Intercom Lite, and Intercom Plus. Each solution is professionally installed to streamline entry processes and is especially beneficial for property managers and residents seeking modern security solutions without the hassle of traditional access fobs or keycards.
The system allows residents to manage access remotely, view visitor directories, and grant entry from anywhere, significantly reducing the need for physical keys. For property managers, the online management portal simplifies granting access to delivery drivers and visitors, maintaining building operations efficiently.
Gabriel Siegal, EVP at Charney Property Management, endorsed the system, stating it has improved tenant experiences and streamlined building operations. The system is available for order, with live demonstrations at Apartmentalize in Las Vegas from June 11-13. For more details, visit Amazon's website.
