Graphjet Technology (GTI, Financial) is at risk of delisting from Nasdaq following a notification received on June 4, 2025. The company failed to timely submit its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ending September 30, 2024, and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending December 31, 2024, to the Securities and Exchange Commission. As a result, Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department informed GTI that it does not meet the requirements of Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). Consequently, GTI's request for continued listing was rejected, and its Class A Ordinary Shares are set to be suspended from trading at the opening on June 13, 2025. A Form 25-NSE will be filed to remove GTI's securities from Nasdaq's listing and registration.

In response, GTI intends to appeal to the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which would temporarily stay the suspension of its Common Stock for 15 days post-request. The company also plans to seek an extension of this suspension hold while awaiting the hearing outcome.
