This strategic move is intended to advance Questcorp's exploration initiatives in Canada and Mexico. Under the leadership of CEO Saf Dhillon, the company aims to leverage Larkin's extensive experience in the public company sphere to further develop their exploration portfolio and enhance shareholder value.

Paul Larkin comes with a rich history of over 42 years as President of the New Dawn Group, a Vancouver-based firm specializing in corporate finance and public company management. Larkin has played pivotal roles in numerous successful startups within the junior natural resource sector and has served as a key figure in various companies listed on TSX Venture, TSX, and NYSE. His advisory appointment at Questcorp Mining is anticipated to provide strategic insights and guidance, particularly in audit, compensation, and corporate governance roles.

In connection with his appointment, Questcorp Mining has granted Mr. Larkin 200,000 incentive stock options, exercisable at $0.205 per share over a five-year period, in line with the company's stock option plan and Canadian Securities Exchange policies.

Questcorp Mining Inc. focuses on acquiring and developing high-quality precious and base metal properties in North America. Its key projects include the North Island Copper Property in British Columbia and the La Union Project in Sonora, Mexico, both of which are under option agreements with royalty obligations.
