Intellinetics, Inc. (INLX), a digital transformation solutions provider, has announced a significant contract with a prominent Canadian homebuilder and land development company. The agreement involves the deployment of Intellinetics' IntelliCloud™ Payables Automation System, with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $100,000. The expected annual SaaS revenue from this contract exceeds $41,000.

Key to this expansion is the Automated Utility Invoice Coding module, introduced in March 2025. This AI-powered technology revolutionizes utility bill processing by enabling low or no-touch coding of invoices. The module effectively automates the identification of lot numbers and necessary coding for utilities such as gas, electric, water, HOA, and property tax.

James F. DeSocio, President & CEO of Intellinetics, highlighted that despite economic challenges such as tariffs and fluctuating interest rates affecting homebuilders, demand for their Payables Automation solutions continues to grow. The company cites time and cost savings as critical benefits, especially in plans for July 2025 when the system is scheduled to go live for the new client.

Intellinetics continues to affirm the importance of investing in process efficiencies to enhance adaptability and profitability, especially during economic downturns. The positive feedback and increasing adoption of touchless processing underscore its commitment to delivering substantial SaaS revenue growth through its innovative solutions.
