Intuit Inc. (INTU, Financial), the leading global financial technology platform known for products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, has unveiled an innovative suite of tools aimed at enabling marketers and small and mid-sized businesses to better leverage their customer data. Announced at Mailchimp’s flagship event, FWD: London, these tools are designed to address concerns from 71% of surveyed business owners regarding customer acquisition and sustainable growth.

Built on the robust Intuit platform, these tools leverage artificial intelligence to segment data and provide higher-quality zero-party data insights, enhancing the capabilities businesses have to engage customers effectively, drive conversions, and foster repeat business and referrals. The new features integrate seamlessly with advertising campaigns and marketing automation, offering a comprehensive solution for customer connection, conversion, and growth.

Over the past year, Mailchimp has executed over 2,000 product updates and enhancements, including simpler audience segmentation, improved loading times, and enhanced marketing automation features. The latest announcements include integrations with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, which aim to automate and optimize the lead-to-conversion journey. Additionally, the introduction of over 100 new customizable pop-up templates and the Metrics Visualizer tool further empower marketers with data-driven insights.

New features anticipated later this year include tools for creating custom audiences and an SMS contact import via API, which will allow marketers to engage customers who prefer SMS-only communication. These innovations are part of Intuit’s broader strategy to integrate Mailchimp with QuickBooks, providing businesses a unified platform for operational and growth needs.
