The event is scheduled for June 26, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and will be hosted in collaboration with the Stanly County Chamber of Commerce.
The ceremony will highlight the community's model home, featuring the Red Cedar floor plan. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour move-in ready homes, with prices starting from the high $400,000s. The homes at Running Creek boast spacious two-story layouts, with sizes ranging from 2,447 to 2,892 square feet, situated on generous lots of over 0.69 acres.
