Fatbeam is set to redefine residential broadband services in Idaho's Treasure Valley with a strategic partnership with Calix, Inc. (CALX, Financial). The telecommunications provider plans to expand its market presence in southern Idaho, focusing on rapidly growing cities such as Boise and Meridian. As part of a five-year strategy, Fatbeam aims to double its residential subscriber base each year by implementing the comprehensive Calix Broadband Platform alongside SmartLifeâ„¢ managed services.

The Calix Platform will aid Fatbeam in offering robust, secure, and tailored experiences to residents by unifying cloud analytics, network infrastructure, and managed services. This integration is designed to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement, positioning Fatbeam as a leader in delivering personalized broadband services.

The initiative will also enable Fatbeam to capitalize on advanced analytics from Calix Engagement Cloud and creative assets from the Calix Market Activation program. With strategies like automated outreach and campaigns featuring the Gerry Dee commercial series, Fatbeam aims to deepen community engagement and build brand loyalty within Idaho neighborhoods.

Fatbeam's COO, Danny Pate, emphasized the value of this partnership, highlighting how Calix's platform supports sustainable growth through automation, innovation, and customer-oriented services. Each new subscriber will receive a Calix GigaSpire® Wi-Fi system, enhancing network security and management through ProtectIQ®, ExperienceIQ®, and CommandIQ® features.
