  • Projected annual Bitcoin mining run rate of $41 million starting July 2025
  • Operations involve 19,200 miners across multiple data centers
  • Projections are based on a Bitcoin price of $108,000 with several risk factors noted

Hyperscale Data, Inc.'s (GPUS, Financial) subsidiary, Sentinum, has announced plans for an impressive annual Bitcoin mining run rate of approximately $41 million, set to begin in July 2025. These projections are based on the current Bitcoin price of $108,000 and forecast mining of approximately 375.24 Bitcoin per year.

The operations will utilize a total of 19,200 miners across multiple locations. Currently, 9,100 miners are operational in Michigan, while 6,800 are set to be hosted by Montana OP LLC by June 2025. An additional 3,300 miners are planned for Sentinum’s Montana data center, with full deployment anticipated by July 2025.

Milton Ault, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data, highlighted this milestone as a testament to the company's scale and competitive execution capabilities. However, the projections are subject to factors such as Bitcoin price volatility, fluctuations in mining difficulty, power availability, and fee obligations.

It's important to note that the projected $41 million run rate is contingent on the Bitcoin price remaining stable at $108,000, along with consistent operations without downtime. Revenue recognition depends on actual Bitcoin deposits or sales, which could be less than the total mined value due to various operational costs.

Hyperscale Data’s ambitious deployment timeline, which expects over 10,000 miners to become operational within a month, presents a substantial operational challenge. This announcement coincides with Bitcoin trading near all-time highs, enhancing the value of the company's mining operations.
