All 20 constituent stocks of the index experienced declines. Over the past year, the index has only seen a similar or larger drop once. Despite a 0.5% rise this quarter, the index is down 3.2% for the week, potentially marking the largest weekly decline since late October. Over the past 52 weeks, the Qatar QE Index has increased by 6.4%, compared to a 14% rise in the MSCI Emerging Markets Europe, Middle East, and Africa Index.
