The new features include an AI-powered Booking Agent that supports over 50 languages, providing real-time responses and booking assistance. Additionally, Email Automation leverages generative AI to efficiently manage travel inquiries, while Social Connect enables engagement across platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp. Voice Connect offers continuous phone support.
Early adopter testing is set to begin in June 2025, with further integration into the Community Portal planned for July 2025.
