This strategic hiring is a significant milestone in Dime's growth strategy aimed at enhancing its commercial lending operations and diversifying its financial structure.
Based in Manhattan, Gines brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including his position as Regional President for the NYC and New Jersey Metro Markets at Webster Bank. His extensive background also includes senior positions at Sterling National Bank, GE Capital, and Bank of America.
