Seabourn, a leader in ultra-luxury cruise travel, has announced significant enhancements to its culinary program, focusing on destination-inspired dining experiences. The cruise line is introducing new dinner menus featuring 24 new items, with an emphasis on local ingredient sourcing and authentic regional cuisines.

Executive chefs across Seabourn's fleet are building relationships with small local purveyors to secure regional ingredients that are featured prominently in onboard dining. Fresh seafood will be a highlight, with dishes like wild Alaskan salmon and fresh crab consistently featured across dining venues.

Seabourn is also expanding its popular "Shopping with the Chef" program, offering guests the chance to join executive chefs on visits to local markets at various ports, including Ho Chi Minh City, Penang, Nagasaki, and Quebec City. These excursions provide guests with firsthand experiences of regional ingredients and culinary traditions.

The new menus at The Restaurant will highlight a variety of dishes such as Marinated Diver Scallops & Smoked Trout Carpaccio and Seared Seabass with Wild Forest Mushrooms, showcasing the cruise line's commitment to innovation and quality.
