Archer Aviation (ACHR) has announced a strategic partnership with Jetex, a global aviation services provider, to develop infrastructure that supports Archer's commercial air taxi network. This collaboration aims to integrate Archer’s Midnight eVTOL aircraft into Jetex's extensive portfolio of 40 private aircraft terminals spread across more than 30 countries.
The initial rollout will concentrate on enhancing infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates, leveraging Jetex's Fixed Base Operator (FBO) locations to accommodate Archer’s aircraft. Archer and Jetex will work together to design and refine the passenger experience, ensuring that operations are seamlessly integrated into Jetex's daily operations while maintaining its luxury service standards.
Adel Mardini, Founder & CEO of Jetex, emphasized the transformative impact of eVTOL technology on urban mobility and its potential to shape the future of business aviation. Adam Goldstein, founder and CEO of Archer, highlighted the importance of pairing the high-performing Midnight aircraft with strategic infrastructure to deliver a premium passenger experience both in the UAE and beyond.
This partnership bolsters Archer's strategic plans as it continues to advance its certification and commercialization efforts globally, building on recent achievements such as regulatory design approval for the UAE's first hybrid heliport at the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal and partnerships with regional leaders like Abu Dhabi Aviation.
