  • Grid Dynamics (GDYN, Financial) unveils TPGen, an AI-based robotic solution, at Automatica 2025.
  • TPGen significantly reduces robotic programming time and costs for manufacturing processes.
  • Developed with Wandelbots, TPGen offers seamless integration for broad robotic manipulator support.

Grid Dynamics Holdings, Inc. (GDYN) announced the debut of its new AI-driven robotic solution, TPGen, at Automatica 2025 in Munich, Germany. Developed in partnership with Wandelbots, TPGen aims to revolutionize industrial robotic workflows by cutting programming time from weeks to minutes through automatic tool-path generation directly from CAD models.

The TPGen solution is built on the Wandelbots NOVA platform, designed to facilitate seamless integration with a wide range of robotic manipulators. This pioneering technology dramatically optimizes robotic inspection workflows in welding, gluing, and surface processing applications, making it a game-changer for manufacturers.

By eliminating the need for manual analysis and tool-path creation, TPGen helps manufacturers reduce operational costs, lower energy consumption, and accelerate time-to-market. The system's flexible architecture allows integration with third-party data and image analytics solutions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to industrial automation.

Ilya Katsov, CTO of Americas for Grid Dynamics, stated, "TPGen represents a major shift in how manufacturers approach robot programming for inspection use cases. By automatically creating and optimizing tool-paths from CAD models and enabling truly automated workflows, we're helping our clients reduce analysis time from weeks to minutes while significantly lowering operational costs and energy consumption."

Industry professionals interested in experiencing the capabilities of TPGen in transforming manufacturing operations are invited to visit Grid Dynamics at Automatica 2025 at Wandelbots’ booth B6.308 for live demonstrations.
