Accenture (ACN) has announced a significant restructuring of its growth model, with the establishment of a new integrated business unit named Reinvention Services. This strategic move aims to accelerate the delivery of AI-enabled solutions and enhance service value for clients and partners.

Manish Sharma, currently the CEO of the Americas for Accenture, will head Reinvention Services as the first Chief Services Officer effective September 1, 2025. The company will maintain its current geographical market structure, comprising the Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), and Asia Pacific, while continuing to operate through industry-specific channels.

This new unit streamlines Accenture's services in Strategy, Consulting, Song, Technology, and Operations under one umbrella, promising faster delivery and more efficient embedding of data and AI into client solutions. The leadership team for Reinvention Services includes Muqsit Ashraf for Strategy, Jason Dess for Consulting, Ndidi Oteh for Song, Rajendra Prasad for Technology, and Arundhati Chakraborty for Operations.

Julie Sweet, Accenture's chair and CEO, emphasized the necessity of these changes to meet the growing demand for rapid, value-driven solutions from clients. The company aims to be a premier AI-enabled professional services company, fostering growth and innovation while providing an enhanced work environment for its employees.
