Good morning ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Barclay Results presentation for the year ended 30th of April 2025.
I am Rob Perrins, chief executive of the Barclay Group.
I will cover four areas today. Firstly, Barclay has delivered a strong performance with our results in line with guidance and on track for full year 2026.
Secondly, government policy is increasingly supportive, and the planning environment is improving.
We welcome the positive steps taken so far, but there remain some key challenges to resolve if we are to realize the universally held ambition of increasing housing supply.
