CI&T (CINT), a leading global technology transformation specialist, has announced a strategic partnership with Natura to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) for creating a more inclusive and efficient digital environment. This collaboration aims to improve the digital accessibility for up to 1.8 million Natura and Avon beauty consultants, focusing on diversity and enhanced user experience.
Over 60 experts from CI&T and Natura worked together on this project, emphasizing the importance of building digital solutions that cater to the varying navigation needs of users. The initiative benefits from CI&T's proprietary AI platform, CI&T Flow, which automates the assessment of digital interfaces in line with international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and A11Y best practices.
Cinthia Oliveira, the global head of ESG at CI&T, highlighted the critical role of involving people with disabilities in the development process, noting that this approach ensures solutions are empathetic and effectively address real user needs. The project advances through three main avenues: technical diagnosis, active involvement of individuals with disabilities, and continuous training and workshops aimed at fostering a more inclusive company culture.
CI&T, which operates globally with more than 7,400 professionals across 10 countries, is renowned for utilizing technology to drive significant business impact, especially through AI and digital transformation solutions.
