Salesforce (CRM, Financial), the leading provider of AI-driven customer relationship management, has announced the launch of Agentforce 3. This major upgrade to its digital labor platform is designed to offer companies increased visibility and control over AI agents, enabling enterprise-wide scalability without compromise.

Agentforce 3 includes a new Command Center for comprehensive observability, allowing leaders to monitor, track, and enhance AI agent activities. This platform supports Model Context Protocol (MCP) for seamless integration with services from over 30 partners, including AWS, Cisco, Google Cloud, IBM, Notion, PayPal, Stripe, and Teradata.

The new release also features an enhanced Atlas architecture, providing lower latency, improved accuracy, and greater resilience. This architecture supports natively hosted large language models (LLMs) such as Anthropic, further enhancing enterprise readiness.

Early adopters like Engine, Grupo Globo, PepsiCo, UChicago Medicine, and 1-800Accountant have already realized significant benefits. For instance, Engine achieved a 15% reduction in average customer case handle time, while Grupo Globo improved subscriber retention by 22%.

Agentforce 3 also introduces new functionalities, such as seamless interoperability with enterprise tools via MCP support, and expanded AgentExchange, offering access to numerous partner-built AI tools and resources. Supported regions now include Canada, the UK, India, Japan, and Brazil, with new language support for French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Portuguese.

Available today, Agentforce 3 also offers flexible pricing and new add-on SKUs, allowing organizations to deploy and scale AI agent capabilities with confidence. Future enhancements and features, such as Anthropic Claude models hosted within Salesforce's trust boundary, are expected to be generally available in the coming months.
