Aurora Cannabis (ACB) is making a significant move in the European medical cannabis market with the introduction of two high-potency products in Poland. The company announced the rollout of Farm Gas, boasting a THC content of 27%, on June 30, 2025, and Sourdough, with an even higher THC content of 29%, set for release in early August 2025. These products represent the highest potency medical cannabis offerings currently available in the Polish market.
The proprietary cultivars are grown at Aurora's state-of-the-art Canadian facilities, certified under Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) and the European Union's Good Manufacturing Practice (EU-GMP) standards. This ensures that the products adhere to stringent quality and safety benchmarks. Farm Gas is bred from a genetic mix of Sour Diesel and GMO strains, presenting a unique terpene profile featuring limonene and caryophyllene. Meanwhile, Sourdough, derived from Cake and Diesel genetics, is noted for its distinctive sour and gasoline aroma notes.
This strategic launch is part of Aurora's broader European expansion strategy, aiming to leverage its successful product introductions from the Canadian market into the evolving Polish medical cannabis landscape. Aurora's proprietary genetics and advanced cultivation techniques underscore its commitment to leading the industry in scientific innovation and product excellence.
