Among the newly added suppliers is a prominent national brand of pasture-raised eggs and butter established in 2007, known for its commitment to humane animal care and sustainability. Another addition is a Mid-Atlantic goat cheese supplier with over 20 years of experience, acclaimed for crafting cheeses with locally sourced milk and traditional methods. Additionally, a supplier of premium Wisconsin-made cheeses, established in 2012, accentuates the state's dairy craftsmanship heritage.
