Kenvue Inc. (KVUE, Financial) has announced a significant leadership change within its Asia Pacific division. Ellie Bing Xie, who currently serves as the Group President for the region, will be stepping down from her role effective July 14, 2025. Ms. Xie will continue with the company until August 8, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition of her responsibilities.
The transition aligns with the conditions of the separation without "cause" provisions under Kenvue's Executive Severance Pay Plan. In conjunction with this transition, Kenvue has appointed Anindya (Andy) Dasgupta as the new Group President for Asia Pacific, effective July 14, 2025. Mr. Dasgupta brings nearly 30 years of experience in the global consumer products industry, with a strong background in health, nutrition, and the food and beverage sectors. His extensive leadership experience spans across Europe, the United States, and Asia Pacific, making him well-suited to lead the region, which generated approximately $3 billion in net sales in fiscal year 2024.
Mr. Dasgupta's expertise in commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and business development is expected to drive further growth and innovation for Kenvue in the Asia Pacific market.
