First Phosphate Corp. (OTCQB: FRSPF) has announced the collection of a 5,000-kilogram bulk sample from its Bégin-Lamarche phosphate project in Quebec. This bulk sample will undergo advanced metallurgical testing to refine the recovery process for apatite (phosphate), magnetite (iron), and ilmenite (titanium). The testing is a crucial step forward following successful preliminary metallurgical tests conducted in June 2023, which demonstrated the technical feasibility of processing the ore at a small scale.

The surface stripping and channel sampling conducted in the Northern and Southern Zones of the project have unveiled significant apatite presence, with concentrations reaching up to 45% in the Northern Zone and 25% in the Southern Zone. These findings affirm the geological interpretations from previous drilling campaigns and support future economic and feasibility studies.

In addition, First Phosphate has engaged Connect 4 Marketing Ltd. for a six-month digital marketing services contract starting July 1, 2025, valued at $12,330. The contract aims to enhance social media engagement, provide sentiment analysis, and disseminate corporate videos to broader audiences.

Metallurgical testing is currently being conducted under the supervision of SGS Canada Inc. in Québec City, in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards. First Phosphate plans to scale its pilot process in a semi-industrial setting to optimize process parameters and generate technical data crucial for future economic studies.
