Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (SNCR), a leader in personal cloud platforms, has received certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) from the U.S. Department of Commerce. This milestone allows the company to legally process personal data from the European Union, adhering to GDPR and other privacy laws.

This certification is a significant addition to Synchronoss's existing compliance portfolio, which includes SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and TRUST/e validations.
